Community Churches?

Why is it that, whenever Churches want to "reach-out" and help people, they purposely seek to assist non-whites? Isn't that a little inconsiderate?  There are millions of drug addicted and/or unemployed Americans out there? Do they not deserve our support and blessings? What do you think?
